Re: Creatine

I would hold off at this point. I would just wait until you have some more experience in the gym. It won't hurt you at 16 though.

Re: Creatine

Yes, I agree. Not that it's bad or anything..... but, it's good to get a firm foundation of exercises, and find where your strength and balance lies before taking things that will make you stronger. And yes, creatine will make you stronger as long as you are taking it. The protein is just extra food and therefore it's good that you are taking it.

Re: Creatine

I agree w/ everyone. You don't need creatine yet to see gains. You probably won't even see much of a difference using it especially when you start off since you will experience noob gains. I would get at least 6 months to a year of solid training and eating habits under your belt before using creatine.
The first thing you should ask before even thinking about creatine is, is your diet in check? Are you eating enough protein? I made this mistake for about the first year of my training, I was so caught up in the supplements and everything that I didn't eat nearly enough protein, so I gained a lot of fat with some muscle. Now I'm wishing I would have payed more attention to my diet.

Re: Creatine

You want to use a supplement, but you haven't told us what your diet looks like? And DIET is 85% of the game. When you get your diet nailed for a while then supp's will work better for you. Let's get you diet dialed first. Hold off on ANT supps like Pfab said.
