What's the BEST supplement you've taken or use currently?

List protein, pre workout or recovery formulas etc

What's given you an edge or results where you knew that it was because of THAT product you were taking? Whether its because you had more energy, grew biggers, lost weight, we wanna know!

Also, list the store or website where you think you can buy it at its cheapest so other's can get a good deal like you did!

For the first time ever, I bought a jug of protein that I believe helped me to put on some weight. It's ultimate nutrition's iso extreme gainer. It's loaded. It's the perfect weight gainer. But it's 70 dollars. I just got the muscle juice shake that ive been drinking for years and I'm just not excited about it. I think I'm just going to start buying the other one.

Hans down....Vyotech's 17HD. I got strength gains on the first dose. Great mental focus. You WILL add 2-3 reps on your 10 rep max!!!! Never had anyone that I've spoken to not love this product. Just ask our own Sam!!!! I use it on bike rides now to help fight the fatigue that comes w/ 3+ hours in the saddle.

ZERO side effects....yes I had blood work done.

I'd take ZMA even if I wasn't lifting, it just makes me sleep so much better so every day I feel fully rested and ready to go. It also seems to have stopped any spots I used to have from coming up and it gives me really funky dreams.

And on top of that it seems whenever I hit the gym when i've had it i'm much more enthusiastic (sp?). Whereas before I'd have gone 'I'll put it on this weight so that I can do 12 reps' I'll chuck it on a higher weight and tell myself 'I WILL do 12 reps'

Love the stuff.

Creatine Monohydrate powder gives me an edge during my workouts. I've been using the same product for five years now and it has never let me down.

This stuff is the shit - no kidding. In the UK it's not that common but you get 30 caps for £30 usually. That's more than i would normally pay because i get Eph for much less than that (and that stuff really gives me a kick up the arse), but 17HD is far superior in every way.

and shit does it kick in fast. If you're not on your way to the gym by the time it starts to work, you'd better get there fast!!

I looked into this product and read the reviews. This is exactly the thing I was looking for!! Bon Voyage AAS!!! LOL

No stimulants! I'm still going to try it. I'll order today for starters. It also depends on which distributor to chose to purchase it from and which has the lowest prices and best delivery service!

GTA Jet fuel! A great non-synthetic stimulant... you can take 1-3 capsules - I take 2 and feel energized for about 6-8 hrs.

I've def. noticed quick water reduction (within the 1st week), and overall this supp. has definitely helped me lose some fat.

I got a bottle at Vitmin world but got ripped off... bb.com is probably the best place to get it.

I've been on AAS for three years and I want to stop using them.
Only because of the bullshit associated with steroids. EXTREMEBODYBUILDING.NET has informed me, through reading posts and threads, - and + feedback to some pondered questions, it's good to
be with a bunch of guys and gals that know their stuff!
The best supplement is a good sex life for bodybuilding! Ask Arnold! He told me at "Northland Mall in Detroit, You can get as big as me, but if you can't fuck, what's the use!" We both laugh!!!
