Let me give you a rundown of my first two days on M-1-D.
I took a couple before bed a couple of nights ago....... just to start getting it into my system. Yesterday afternoon I took another couple before my back workout.

ress: Great workout, but I had to cut it short. I got a phone call to go to work. I worked 12 hours, was working out at my house, ate dinner, then had to go
right back to work. I did supersets like you wouldn't believe!

I ate dinner and went to work. I had to deliver water to a drilling rig. I had to top their tanks off.
Dude, I was so pumped! About 10:30 p.m., I couldn't figure out how come I was so amped and pumped! I mean....... I worked all day, then worked out.... I should be worn out right now! ....Then I remembered that I had the M-1-D in my system. I wanted to go up on the rig floor and tell the driller to shut the rig off....... I'll just go ahead and turn this pipe with a wrench!

At 2:00 a.m. this morning, I was TRYING to go to sleep. No, it wasn't happening.:rolleyes: I was still so pumped that I couldn't sleep!

I tried to get in a nap because at 5:00 a.m. I talked to my supervisor on the phone and found out that I needed to take a load of water to Los Angeles.

I was still pumped. I've been going for another 12 hours today. I soooooo want to go to work out right now but I know that I can't keep up like this. I need to eat and go to bed. But I can say that if this is any indicator of how M-1-D works, I will be pleasantly surprised.
