Rep Power: 19 | best/worst supplements you have used this thread is designed as a form of information for people wishing to purchase supplements but dont know what they should get, obviously opinions vary and so do results in different people but usually if there is a general concensus on a certain product it may just be worth ur buck
set out ur products as such
type of product, including: post w/o shake (most people this will be whey isolate), before bed protein, meal replacement, creatine mono, NO2, CEE, test increaser, multi and other category
then:
best-
worst-
and a reason why
my exp is as follows:
product- whey protein
best- dymatize elite whey, great taste, great mixabilty, good bang for ur buck, copies the industry leader's profile (ON WHEY) and then makes it cheaper
worst-BSC whey protein, tasted like shit and made me throw up
product- before bed protein
best- cottage cheese, splenda, npb- good because it tastes good, cheap and effective
worst- nothing- because u wake up hungry
product- meal replacement
best- rtd musashi, tastes amazing and profile is ok
worst- rtd aussie bodies, taste not as good, loaded with sugar but its NOT BAD, its just ive only tried 2 meal replacements because i prefer solid meals
product- NO2/CEE
best- dymatize expand, good pumps, not real boastful gains, gave me shit loads of energy
worst- n/a
product- multi
n/a- i prefer to buy my vitamins seperate, so then i can customize for my needs and wants due to my diet |

Rep Power: 107397 | Okay I'll play Product: Whey protein Best: Optimum 100% whey - Chocolate Worst: GNC vanilla - overpriced, wouldn't mix, tasted terrible Product: Before Bed Protein Best: Never bought one so cottage cheese Worst: See above Product: Meal Replacement Best: Never purchased one but here's my recipe- Real Replacement Shake Worst See Above Product: NO2/CEE Best: VPX NO Shotgun 1quick1's VPX NO Shotgun Log Worst: MRI NO2 - I seem to respond very well to all NO2 products but this one was terribly over priced. I believe with GNC gold card it was still over 60 bucks for like a months supply :th_icon_thumbdown: Product: Multivitamin Best: AST PRO-32X - good ingredients at fair price Worst: Centrum complete Product: Endurance/Recovery Best: SciVation Xtend - not sure if it's fair to say this since this is the only product of this kind I've used but I like it. I would also like to try Controlled Labs Purple Wraath. I don't think you can go wrong with either one. Worst: N/A

(mostly beta alanine) lots of people report it to be great for pre cardio as well due to the goodies.
However I take xtend post workout because 1, it tastes awsome. and 2, you get more BCAA' (mostly concerned about the leucine.) per serving.
I cant really say one is better than the other because one is an EAA complex and the other is BCAA. thats why I use them in conjuctiuon.
and the primal EAA, I have not accually used, but i have ordered it and im waiting for it in the mail. I will be taking one serving of that first thing in the morning.
2) Green bulge is a cell volumizer as well as creatine, where GM is not. however I like GM just as much as GB although Iv only been on it for less than a week, so its hard to truly say if I like it or not. but the taste is great.
And lastly I think getting PW and bulk leucine is a great idea. How will you be dosing it?
cheers |

Dicreatine Malate (2500mg), no CEE just for clarification.
and ya GG will be a great addition to your stack. It is cheap and you get 120 workouts at 3 scoops perday, (I take ususally 2 scoops). just make sure you up your water intake. how much are you dinking now? i suggest with GM PW and GG drink atleast 1.5-2 gallons per day. |

As pointed out Green Bulge has CMM and CEE while Green Mag has MCC Dicreatine Malate. Green MAG is dosed better and overall cheaper since it'll last you a lot more workouts. GM has 5gram of creatine while GB has less then 3.45 grams since it's a blend and you don't really know exactly how much MCC is in it. If you search over on bb.com you'll see that even the reps will lean towards GM but they say it comes down to preferance between pills/powder.

Rep Power: 35 | product- whey protein
best- I havent found a straight wpi that actually tastes all that good but I vote for ON - extreme milk chocolate
worst- NB - Isopure...The quality is good but everytime I have mixed one of these in a shaker cup 8oz of the 16 oz shake ends up being foam.
product- before bed protein
best- Syntha 6(for the taste), or Pro V 60(for protein content and lower carbs)
worst- 100% Casein by Optimum Nutrition(mixed extremely thick and clumpy)
product- meal replacement
best- Lean Body Mrp by Labrada(for quality and overall taste)
worst- probably something by Champion or EAS
product- PREWORKOUT/NO2/CEE
best preworkout- Armageddon(Star Chem Labs)
best no2- Nitrix
best cee- Size On(I know it's not a cee but same difference)
worst preworkout- Gakic
worst no2- Gakic/no2(mri)
worst cee- probably some generic off brands product
product- multi
best- OptiMen/Animal Pak/Super Vitamin Pak(ISS)
worst- not so sure I assume most multis are standard
