Re: Anything to add strength?

Keep doing your research, and yes, supps. can help. Like Malley said, make damn sure your total calories and protein intake is up. Also, you might consider taking a week off. However, continue your eating during that time. That will also help.

I have raised my caloric intake but was wondering if any supplements can help me such as Vyotech's 17HD and anabloic 7

Re: Anything to add strength?

Yes, those products will help you. Talk to BG about anything Vyotech. He is the Vyotech champion on this board. If you want to gain mass, I would say to double your protein. 30 gr. a meal is about the protein you would find in 1 piece of Chicken breast. Shoot for at least 50 gr. per meal and eat 60 if you can. Yes, milk is good for protein. 8-10 gr. per cup. I drink about 6 cups per day.
