Who really knows man...Ask a different person and you'll get a different answer. The consensus is that their stuff is probably not 'better', and if it was, results would be negligible with the kind of supplements they sell.

um im 16 years old 5 10 and weight 160 6% bf
i started working out in April and back then i was about 128

all im using so far is
100%whey protein
and a multivitamin from walmart

wat do u guys suggest

I suggest that you stay right where you are and keep training and eating. Don't add anything. You are doing yourself a favor by starting with the basics.

and for the meal: Plenty of carbs for energy (bread, veg, cereals etc) BEFORE you train. Plenty of Proteins immediately afterwards (non fat milk, chicken, turkey and best of all fish) to give the damaged muscle cells something to repair themselves with. Its only the damaged muscle cells that 'expand' to cope with the potential damage they may have to endure later.

At your age man you're fine with what you have. Seriously just use these years to learn how to perfect your diet. If you want to throw in a supplement from time to time give it a try. I just see tons of people at bodybuilding.com who's monthly supplement cost is as much as my car

im a vegitarian ill stick to the milk beans seeds and protein shakes
