From what I know, creatine is the best supplement to use. One of my friends has used it and it has worked well for him. You need to eat alot of protein for it to take effect. If you take it and don't exercise it can cause you to gain a lot of weight, so make sure you actually exercise.
Taking Now:
Whey
Creatine EE
Animal Pack
Glutamine
EFA

I know I'm skinny, and I do eat. I'm doing a clean bulk so I have making been slow progress, but progress none the less. I used to be fat, and I just can't ever go back to that. IMO, being skinny is better than being a fatass.

They just get a bad rap for their overzealous marketing and label claims. Most their stuff is pretty pricey too.

Yeah, their advertising is pretty over the top and gimmicky. But is there any reason to use their stuff? Is any of it better than their competitors'? Or is it all the same shit?
