Creatine

Hi,

I've never used creatine for more than 2 days, i bought it from maximuscle, punch flavour, people who drink that musnt have a tongue i cant drink that crap tastes so bad.

My question is people seem to get strength gains from creatine.

With a diet in check and routine is creatine going to give me any MASS gains and would they be permanent?

Also could you recommend a cheap good brand that tastes nice?

and is there any good articles on it?

thanks

Re: Creatine

Creatin will not give you MASS gains. You are still at least a year away before any supps should be added.
Protein
Carbs
Fat
Multi-vitamin
H2O

Re: Creatine

creatine wont give you mass like bg said, it'll make you hold water and make muscles look larger. BUT when you stop taking it, water depletes and muscles look smaller.

Re: Creatine

I've never noticed much from creatine but still take it because the science is there.

I'll take some Kra-Alkyline when I lift heavy and see a slight difference. But it's nothing really noticable.

Re: Creatine

Andy, just give it a few months with that diet you posted in the other section and learn how to eat to grow. Once you've done that worry about supplements. Trust me it's all in the food.

Re: Creatine

Yeah, creatine is good stuff. I always put on a couple of pounds but yes, it's water gain. So what. Strength gains and pumps are the real deal though.

Re: Creatine

used my green bulge and white blood today,

I felt a bigger pump than before and my veins came out a bit more, does it take a few days / week to get kicked in properly?
