Yeah, I had some chucklehead try to tell me that anything over 25 gr. a meal is wasted because your body can't process anymore than that at a time. Sheeeeiiit brotha! Sometimes I drink nearly 100 gr. in my shakes. Yeah, it's been a while since I did that, but I have done it. I'm one swole up sucka the next day!
25 gr. of protein at a time...... pffft! |

At Costco and BJ's its definitely a better deal than other brands at other stores. As a poor college kid that already has to spend money to avoid the unhealthy campus food, its the best I can do sadly...

YUP!!!
Just like Cigarettes. Brand name and then GPC which is the crap they sweep up off of the floor. If you get 5lbs of a 50% grade protein you arer really only getting 1/2 of what you paid for. Also they will be loaded w/ low quality whey so out of 50g you only get 25g and that won't be the best. BB'ing is not cheap and not for the poor. How about if I told you that my Kmart running shoes were just as good as any one you would wear....Make Sense! | |
