Andy stick to one supplement per thread. If you want to ask about other supplements start a thread but lets keep these threads on target.

As for creatine, go with the company you trust the most. Creatine monohydrate works fine but there's plenty of other good ones out there.

Could just buy the cheapest one. I'm using one which was on a deal at a local holland and barratt. It's got a fair amount of shite in it, but at the end of the day it's pretty much the same stuff.

I think when you're our size, although every little helps, the tiny differences aren't going to be noticeable.

Be better off spending as little as possible and buying turkey breast with the money you save :P That's what I seem to be doing.
