I currently come home from school and lift then have about 30 minute brake and have swim practice. I want to gain strength, but I don't want to increase my muscle mass to much because it would impede my stroke in swimming slowing me greatly. I wasn't sure what protein to buy because, I think that it is needed. I also one have one day off a week and don't know how often to take what ever I should be taking.
