I just bought a tub because it was on sale and I've been interested in trying it for a couple months. Has anyone had any experiences with it?

you should get much better gains from steak, eggs, and chicken.

I would be willing to bet my life that you wouldn't notice a difference if you stack the top 15 protein powders next to each other and randomly picked one.

Syntha-6 tastes good...nothing special at all though.

I know foods are much better then shakes and that's why I've fixed my diet tremendously. But, I do take a shake after my workout and before bed so I was just wondering if anyone experienced it differently because I've taken 4 different proteins now and have reacted different to all. Not trying to start an argument just taking comments about it.

Its an extended release protein so it would probably be good as your last meal or anytime throughout the day except for post workout but i dont know anyone who has taken it so i cant really answer the question

Ditto on that. Protein powders are not like roids. where a different one makes a big difference. Just stick w/ name branbs, NO MUSCLE TECH or Muscle Assylum. If you got the Syntha on sale...Great...it is one of the best tasting, but it won't make you bigger than ON, Dymatize, ORYX, etc. Just consume protein.

I am man I've fixed my diet with your help and I've actually gained 3 lbs idk if it's just water weight or what but it's 3 lbs.

Best thing about Syntha-6 is the tatse it does tatse great other than that just another protein powder. I just finished a tub, but I only get it when I catch it on sale.
