What has worked for me:
Vyotech's - Viraloid, 17HD, Nitrobolic
EPIC's - 5-Tetra, 4Nitro, 8Beta
Dymatize - Expand...good simple NO Creatine product no caffiene
Scivation - Xtend Great for muscular endurance (biking)
IDS - Waxymaize
BodyWell's - ProCharge Liver Bypass Technology protein. GREAT Post Work Out. Out in GNC June and in stores Sept. Nice to get shit way before release date. Straw can attest to the taste.

Keep it simple:
Whey Protein
Creatine Mono
NO product Non-Stimulant (make's me veiny)
Gluatmine
Multi-Vitamin
These are a must IMO

I like the Dymatize. But I really like EPIC Perfomance's 4-NitroTropic Red. No stimulants or "marketing whore BullShitNutrition" made up chems.

I've been using Epic products for a while now (started with 8-beta about 2 years ago). They're solid! They got rid of their sour taste for nitro too!

Also, I love that nickname for BSN...I've been using that one for a while lol!

whey protein is the best it is not illegal in any sports and is a all time classic also try l-glutamine and msm powder.

Protein, Carbohydrates, Creatine, Water.
