I'm about 6'4 and about 270lbs. I am by no means ripped/cut, but I would like to be. I notice everyone is wanting to gain weight, but I would like to lose weight. Any suggestions on supplements that could help me get down to 220lbs and get some definition to myself? I'm also looking for a diet and work out plan. I'm basically at the moment just lifting, cardio, and just eating light. I would like to have an actual plan and be organized.
