anyone know if this stuff is good? the price is unreal for my area and a serving has over 1000 calories which is good for my diet... any comments? |

170g of carbs/serving....yer gonna get fat as shit soon on this. The top 3 ingredients are sugar, Maltdextrin is a high GI carb
I would do 2 scoops PWO Only!!!!!
Weigh gainers will always make you fat. they are always too heavily weighted in the carb department. If you want to just gain weight then you can do 4 scoops/day. | |

don worry only planning on 2-3 scoops a day lol and whey is kinda expensive here i can get this which will last a lot longer then a whey tub, for a decent price so i figured why not try it, i don mind putting on a bit of fat as long as im putting on muscle too | |
