Yep--ever since ephedra was banned, "fat burners" became worthless.

I never took any diet pill that had ephedra in it either, they still put some crazy shit in them...like yellowjackets lol.

the only problem w/ this report is FACTS. eleveated liver enzymes? was HH the only product they were taking, was their diet like shit?? Trust me I HATE IOVATE / Muscle Tech, but this type of poorly controlled data is what gets ALL products scrutenized. Hence that FAT ou of shape Baseball player in 100* heat w/ heart problems that took 100mg od Ephedra and died....now it's banned. Follow me?? so when whey protein is "shown" to stress the liver and kidneys....it will be banned.

I'm a little curious how much of the decision to pull this was from pressure on muscletech or if they knew something was wrong...

And yes guns, there is a fine line between the "serves them right" approach, and "oh shit, more government bullshit" approach...I'm in the middle at the moment.

I do wonder how dangerous hydroxycut actually is. But since I think it is worthless, I don't mind the recall.

Here's the irony: the government played a role in the creation of the hydroxycut formula. Had they not banned ephedra, supplement companies would not have tried to throw all kinds of other garbage in "fat burners" to try to make them work.
