I have one post workout (1 scoop) with water (same applies on off day, but in the afternoon), then I will have another scoop before I go to bed at night with milk (Milk plus protein will help you sleep better). Thing is it has creatine in it. I don't know if creatine has similar effects to caffeine as being non-drowsy. |

I was having it with water both times! I chug it down too, that stuff tastes so good for something with hardly any sugar in it!
I also found out that the creatine amount in one serving of it is 3 mg, so it is really trivial, compared to like Cell-Tech, or Creatine Monohydrate product that has 10 mg per serving (which is bad over time for kidneys). 3 milligrams won't do much damage because the amount isn't too critical. |

my protein says its 80% casein and 20% whey | Actually there have been studies that show it is better to have a mixture of casein and whey post workout. Me, I say Fuck studies and go with whatever I'm feeling. |

I bring the shaker with me to the gym and just fill it up at the water fountain and drink it on the ride home. Ive had a personal trainer tell me its all a taste preference so as long as you're getting the protein its good. Try adding fruit juice to it even and mix it up! |
