I ahve been working out for a few years now and up until now have been using Musashi bulk proten. Not sure if anyone knows it but its a pretty standard basic protein supplement.
Anyway I have an athletic body shape but have decided that I really want to majorly bulk up. I have been looking into better supplements to aid this and want opinions on the following?
1.
Combination of Why and Casein - I've been reading and thought this might be a good combination. If I have whey protein before and after exercise and then Casein before I go to bed is that a good combination for increasing muscle mass and doing it quickly? Also is GNC 100% whey a good brand to be taking?
2. Alternatively I have discovered this
Muscle Tech Nitro-tech hardcore which claims to be really good. Does anyone know much about it?
Would something like this be better than the previous two options?
Or what are other suggestions for bulking up? Basically I have a pretty good body but seem to have hit a point and want to bulk up much more. Thanks for any advice, much appreciated!
