Hello, I am new to the website and I am just looking for some information. I'm 17 years old, and I want to start working out again since I got a gym membership. I plan on working out often (4 times a week) but I really don't know what I should take as a supplement. I was fast results (of course) but I also noticed that I could use more energy before my workouts, since sometimes I think to myself that I don't really want to work out. Any sort of advice is welcome, as well as some advice on what products I should use. Thanks.
