It's kind of funny that you chose creatine and whey to ask if these particular brands are good. You see, creatine is creatine, and whey is whey....... no matter WHAT different companies say otherwise. It's pretty much the same product in all the plastic jugs. Thats one of the reasons Big Guns told you to stay away from Muscletech. There's a lot of hype behind their products, but the product itself leaves much to be desired. | |
