So I just bought some and on the lable it says to take one tsp. daily. for first 5 days take one tsp. -4 times daily after 5 days take one tsp. daily. so im confused, how much do I take?

also it says mix it with any liquiod containing glucose. Can I mix it in with my protien shake? My shakes only have 2 grams of sugar. so its not much glucose. sugar is glucose right?

different creatines have different directions, im guessing you have the regular monohydrate??
dont mix it with your protein shake, just mix it with water or a drink that has sugar in it, and take it how the label tells you to take it, 1 heaping scoop 4 times daily for the first week , after the first week you start to take 1 scoop right after your workout, just read the label dood, your not a dumbass im sure you can read.

When I mix it in with anything it doesnt disolve it just stays in the little crystals. is it supposed to to do that?

if it is just put the scoop in your mouth then take some water or gatorade or watever swirl it in your mouth and swallow it, easy.....

yeah it is powder but its more like sugar. but that sounds a lot easier so ill try that

brandon mine does the same thing, when your about to take a drink, swirl it or shake the bottle to get the particles floating then drink, it does that idk why

If it won't dissolve maybe put the tsp in a glass with like 10 mls of boiled water, dissolve it and give it a stir, then add the liquid to the gatorade or whatever you're drinking it with to the glass.

I don't use it, i just use protein, glutamine and a multivitamin...

thats a long ass process lol, im guessing he has school and doesnt have time for that, i say swirl and drink, simple and easy and not as time consuming

....Sometimes I pound the creatine out of my steak by slamming it up against the wall. Then I collect the powder, and scrape it into a stine, and guzzle it down before going into the forrest to bludgeon some orks.

Hagred taught me this. I'm getting great results.

I just take 5-10 grams in my post workout shake (3x a week). Some of it settles to the bottom of the pitcher, so I ad a little water, slosh it around, and drink the last bit of creatine.

I'm not convinced loading is necessary, but it won't hurt you.

Just take plain ole creatine monohydrate--exotic "super creatine" formulas are a waste of money.
