Protien and creatine questions.

Hey guys had some questions regarding my protien shake and creatine. Currently I am taking the GNC Amplifies wheybolic Extreme 60 protien mix. I ve been taking it for about month maybe month and half. It seems like a good protien mix but I just wanted if anyone else had a recomendation of good pre and post protien mix to take. I only choose this one because the salesman at GNC recommended it for me. I'm trying to pack on muscle and get very tone. So any recommendations is greatly apprecited. While were on the protien I wanted to also ask I had read that instead of using water I should consider using skim milk for my shakes because of the added protien. Has anyone tried that and if so is something to consider. As far creatine I'm taking GNC amplified 189 tablets. Again recommended by the salesman. Again same question is there somehing better that I cam take and also the bottle says to take everyday even on non workout days. But I have always heard that it should a post workout supplement. Please help.

Re: Protien and creatine questions.

I usually use whey protein with milk. 2% for the first shake, skim milk for post-workout since the lack of fat would allow it to break down more quickly.

Get one gram of protein per lb of body weight. Most of this should come through diet, but supplementing with protein powders is OK.

I'd advise you to use powdered creatine--save yourself some money.

Shop online--you can probably get a much better deal than GNC.

Re: Protien and creatine questions.

Just use the regular GNC whey. It's the EXACT same as the WheyBolic. 3 scoops to get 60g.

Also like Kev said....go online!
