Another one about creatine

I just bought some monohydrate to try out. I just have a few Q's...
First is the loading phase necessary? or can I just start using it twice per day...

And Second I was told to take it twice per day so I was thinking 1 in the morning time after my jog and 2 pre workout (post workout i have my Post WO shake then an hour later I have steak)... What do you think? Or should i just have it post WO with my shake? I dont want to waste it by taking it at the wrong times...

Cheers for the help

Re: Another one about creatine

This is just my opinion, but it's an experienced opinion. This is what works for me. I don't use creatine for size. Only strength. I eat for size. The size and swole you get from creatine is temporary anyway. With that being said, I say no. The loading phase is not necessary. Do this. Take your creatine pre workout, then mix some in your shake post workout. There it is. badda boom, badda bing. You get strength-giving creatine before, and then you replenish after. Thread closed.

I only take it post workout. Loading is OK, but not necessary in my opinion.

load it dood, theres a reason they wrote it down just like bg said. plus if you get regular monohydrate you get tons of that shit, it wont hurt to load it lol, i still have more than half on mine left.

Re: Another one about creatine

The loading phase is totally unnecessary for Creatine Monohydrate. Just a waste of product to make you go out there and buy more as the OP stated.

As for using it twice a day, i'd say in between Breakfast and Lunch and a serving right after you workout. Right after that second serving, i'd take a protein shake 30 minutes later.

Best of luck to you.

Re: Another one about creatine

The GNC monohydrate does not mention anything about the loading stage therefore I used it for a very long time showing results from it until I read a mens health book. This book explained the loading stage and to use it in periods. I started this method and I do notice gains in strength(never pay much attention to size) during the loading stage.
