Hey All
Just a few questions about some suppliments:
1) I work on my feet all day and most days I'm worn out by workout time. Is there anything highly recommended to help me maintain a high energy level from atleast noon-5pm. Or maybe some good pre-workout stuff to get me amped w/o a heart attack lol?
2)So many different things about post workout protiens or mixes. Anyone have something that they recommend? I used to take ON (optimum nutrition) but just wondering if there might be something better.
3)During a bulk phase, should I totally skip the gym and for how long? I've read you should do 3 months on / 3 off for cutting / bulking.
