Just pick up some whey protein and talk your parents in to buying you some chicken, beef, tuna, and steak. Hit the weights 5 times a week maximizing compounds and make sure you're eating at least 3,000 calories with about 250 grams of protein or more. You will gain more on that then you will with any BS supplement.
Trust me, you see your buddies and they are talking shit about taking creatine or what not. Mark my words, learn to squat, bench, dead, OH press, pullups, rows and you will be bigger and stronger. |
