ph cycle im gonna do

i thought about it and winter is here, so its time to add some meat. i will be doing the standard hdrol/novedex xt cycle that gaspari talks about. i will not be spending stupid amounts of loot on gaspari hdrol, as the same compound is available for considerably less. just so you all know, i have been lifting for 9 years, im 23, and i have done my research. i just need a little help as far as support supps go. i know i need milk thistle, and ala for my liver, but what else would be good to have?

cycle looks like
hdrol weeks 1-4 50mg
novedex xt wks 3-6 tapered

PCT i will be taking nolvadex (the real one) and that will be on hand the whole time just in case. what can i add to my PCT to get me on my feet as fast as possible while still keeping as much of my gains as possible.

im asking these questions because i want to do it right. NOTE: illegal AAS are not an option for me at this time so i would rather not get responces that tell me to just do that.

any help would be greatly appreciated, especially from people who have some cycles under their belt.

Looks good man, as for your question my opinion would be start with clomid( I heard its a little stronger, dont quote me on it though) for the first week then add nolva in. I have no cycles on my belt, this is just from research, sorry if I cant be more help.

thanks for hte responce...ive read some places that clomid isnt really needed unless my balls dont go back to their normal size within a few weeks of PCT. i dont know about that tho. any other responces will be nice...


on a side note, im getting my measurements and BF tested before i start the cycle, i will also try to do some before and after pics. im a pretty big guy already, so i can only imagine what ill look like when im done as i will most certainly be keeping my diet in check..no cheats

just htought about this...is there anything i can take while on cycle to keep my sex drive up...im not gonna lie, i like sex alot and would rather not do without

on cycle i doubt there will be any loss of libido from halo. for support supps i suggest a product called "cycle support" from anabolic innovations.

cool, ill check it out. the only side i am even afraid of is loss of libido..oh well, we'll see how it goes..ill log it when i start in a few weeks. any idea on the dosage of hte support supps that i should frontload. i know what i need, just not how much

www.anabolicinnovations.com i believe they will start selling it on BB.com soon if they havent already. i suggest getting 2 bags of it. then start taking it 1 week before you start cycle, take it thoughout cycle, and throughout PCT. if your doing a 4 week cycle and 3 week pct youll have enough. if your doing a 3 week cycle with 3 week pct youll have more then enough. good luck.

ill definately be getting that. i have to push my cycle back a little cuz im almost 100% positive that i strained my hip today squatting. oh well, gives me time to do more research, if there is any more that i need to do

haha, i go crazy when i cant get to the gym...ill still do upper body stuff but no deads or legs for at least 10 days...ill be stretching in a few days when the hurty goes away. its not swollen or bruised at least, so thats a good sign
