at your age id honestly suggest modifying diet then even thinking about taking a fat burning product. good luck!

I hate to be the guy to come in and say it but.................I'm going to anyways.

You do NOT need to cut. Your body fat percentage is higher but even if you cut you're won't be ripped because you have very little, if any, muscle mass. You are what many referr to as "skinny fat." A lean bulk is what you need. Adding some muscle to that frame will make all the difference in the world. Get the fat burner out of your head and go pick up some whey, a multi, some fish caps, and a shit load of clean food and go hit the gym. Hit them compound movements squats, deads, military press, bench press, pullups, etc and you will make much better improvements then you will on a cut.

But im better than when i started i coudnt even bench 10kg.

I could cut a little bit to get rid of a bit off fat then start the bulk no? im fatter than that pic. and what would the bf percentage be?

You are not weak man. You are making solid strength gains, especially if you're cutting.

The reason I suggest the bulk is because if you add some muscle mass you it will appear that you have a much lower bf% then if you did a cut. Honestly, if I had to guess your BF% I would guess around 14% but don't be alarmed. Remember if you were to add 15-20lbs of muscle that bf% would drop to 10% and next thing you know you have that ripped chizzled look the ladies like

Just remember I'm not saying go all out eating pizza, candy, chips, etc. Eat clean foods and eat a lot of them and lift like an animal. You'll add some lean mass and you'll look great. Then at that point if you want to do a cut you'll look much more defined and you'll actually burn more calories due to the increased muscle mass.

Good job on your gains so far and keep us updated on what road you decide to go down. Let us know if you have any more questions.

To be honest with you, I don't really know as I've never really done it myself. I like to do the look in the mirror and tough a educated guess

Your gym may have calipers and they may be able to do it for you.

IMHO I really don't see why people even purchase these fat burners, they are nothing but cheap sales, they are loaded with high caffeine and are a waste of money. My advice seriousley is don't spend your money on these so called magic pills which people seem to think they are. The best thing to do is, sort your diet our, diet is a very crucial part when it comes to fitness, sort your diet out, add cardio, and sleep well. That is the way to achieve things.

hey mate.

you look like you got a similar body type to me (hard gainer)

rather than think of what is bad, having some fat on you, concentrate on the positive - you can eat, eat, eat and put on some serious muscle with the correct diet, while at the same time your bf% remains rather low!! i've never worried about getting ripped, i got a high metabolism, so i just concentrate on hitting the gym hard and eatting enough calories to build muscle.

good look

You can get some fat calipers and measure 3 parts of you body and come up with an accurate measurement of fat. You can also get those stand on scales that are semi accurate that measure fat and body weight.

1quick1 hit the nail on the head earlier about bulking. Stay away from the fatburners. Ephedra products are legal now for the time being but at your age stay away from them.
