Trying to Bulk

Hey guys well Im down from 150lbs to about 142lbs while on my last cut. Now I cant seem to gain any weight at all. I've been eating as much as I can and for some reason I havent gained a pound. Before my cut I could gain weight no problem, but now it seems like its near impossible. Does anybody have any advice??? Heres a picture of me before and after the cut, thnx!

try change your eating up

if you are eating the same thing day after day then your body will get use to that

have a cheat day every sunday or a cheat meal

change your workout up

try and change your workout up every 6 weeks to something different so your body doesnt get used to the same old thing and then it wont grow

and you have to remember that they say the first 6 weeks of working out you will see alot of results and after that things will slow down

sounds like you hit a pleutea, change your diet and workout routine to try break through it, make sure your getting 20X your weight in pounds for calories, 1 or 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight, get more carbs then protein, eat clean, lift heavy, sleep 8-12hrs a day

The real question is, how much are you eating? Everyone says, I eat alot, but how much, posting your diet could help?

I see no reason to bulk unless you want to get fat. You are young and new to weight lifting. Learn to eat well and keep training smart. It takes time to build muscle, don't be fooled by these guys on the net who make it sound normal to gain 20lbs of muscle in a year naturally....it is not. Post your exact diet and training program in detail and then give us an idea of your goals for the year.

eat cleanly with some dirt thrown in
Do the 5x5!
I don't think all bulking does is get you fat Imea muscle does grow better when there is compound energy stores available but with clean dieting and some light cardio it won't be that much

You going to have to force feed yourself...There's always room for more food...A little trick to help put on weight is to take in Olive oil with every shake...Start off with One TB per shake and go up to 2 Tb after you adjust to it....To much Olive Oil when starting out will leave you buckling down to a toilet seat....This oil is good for 14 grams of good EFA's per TB or 126 cals....
