Rep Power: 9 | NO Explode Have any of you tried this supplement? A few of my buddies have tried and they tell me they get a hellacious pump a few minutes after they take it and get totally "geeked" for their workout. They tell me the pump becomes close to unbeleivable when they actually begin working out. I think i will have to invest. What do yall think. |

Rep Power: 703 | NO Expode seems to be hotly debated lately. Some people love it, others hate it. On bb.com there are tons of threads and review for each side.
I personally took it a while back, and didn't notice any effects. Products that worked for me include, Labrada Supercharge and N0 Shotgun. However, that's just me. The only thing you can do to determine Explode's effect on you is to try it |

I am currently using it from all the 'hype'.... over half the way through the tub now - been using for maybe 2 weeks.... I feel EXACTLY the same as I did without using it. No pump.. no nothing.. I do get a pumo in the gym - no major or anything, but its the same pump i've always had from working hard in the gym...
At the price too - I wont be buying it again.
I alsotake 3 scoops - it says take 1 - 3 scoops - depending on your size and needs... what am i to do, take 4 or even 5 scoops?!?! lol
I think also, people bodied respond differently to certain 'chemicals/elements' etc' .. so i can see that it may actually work for some people perhaps? |

But yeah I think depending on the person's genetics, NO xplode (or any supplement for that matter) could have negative or positive effects. All you can do is spend the $ to find out hehe. |

Rep Power: 107397 | I think there are better things you could spend your money on. I have no objection to the basics (whey, creatine, multi, fish oil) but for stuff like this your money will be better spent on food. |
