no training this week

I did my chest and shoulder workout on tuesnt been able to go since ive had a sharp stabbing pain in my umbilical, so im resting and hoping its a pulled muscle and letting it heal before i continue to carry on, hopefully 1 week will not hurt by not lifting? it wont effect my gains alot 1 week will it?

1 week means nothing yeah, take a break. It's probably just a strained ab, but if it's something more serious you would probably know about it?

Ask BigGuns, he knows about hernias! Haha

Yeah dude, see a doctor just to be sure. And no, taking a week off won't affect you at all, if anything it is good for your body. Hell, its definitely better than making your injury worse!

well i havent been yet its only been 2 days, i mean ive experiecned pain in my middle abs before for a few days, this is justl ike a stabbing pain in the right side of the belly button, but i think i cuased it by poking and rubbing it the other night, it looks abit swollen from me doing that but not sure, ill leave it anouther day or two and see what happens.

You really do not like doctors huh...lol...There is no getting around you are gonna need to see a doc a week is not long enough if it is a muscle pull.
