Starting Creatine

Hey guys! I was just wondering if there was anything I should know before i start my first creatine loading. I ordered some micronized creatine and it should be here tomorrow. I am doing the Rippetoe's workout and since it's a 3 day a week workout, I was wondering if I would be taking full advantage of creatine loading on the Rippetoe's workout. It just seems that i should be lifting more while on a loading phase but maybe that's just me.

First piece of advie....DO NOT LOAD...it is a complete waste. If anyone disagrees that's fine by I stand by that anti-loading 100000%.

Secondly...take the creatine everyday:
Workout days:
5g 30 minutes pre workout
5g immediately after workout
Non-workout days:
5g in the morning upon waking up

yer i dont think loading is needed either, i do believe cycling is fundemental if u dont wish to run into a brick wall.....drink plenty of water to aid in muscle saturation
dont worry if u r a non-responder u can opt for the semi-controversial CEE, i believe it is quite effective esp for non responders, a good product which seems to get great reviews is green magnitude by controlled labs
