First piece of advie....DO NOT LOAD...it is a complete waste. If anyone disagrees that's fine by I stand by that anti-loading 100000%.
Secondly...take the creatine everyday:
Workout days:
5g 30 minutes pre workout
5g immediately after workout
Non-workout days:
5g in the morning upon waking up
