Big Guns said all that needs to be said. Add no other exercises. Do these and you will grow big triceps. |

Rep Power: 10500 | Re: my triceps are lacking If you have been doing the big 5 from above look at your rep range also try superseting them with your bicep routine..the more blood in the arm area the better after tearing the muscle to shreds..8-12 reps is what I go with most of the time 3-5 sets at te range will get em pumping baby.. |
