Need a routine

Hey, so since my gyms small im going to set up a home gym.

I have a bench, 2 dumbells and a barbell.

Could you help me set up a split with excersises that can be done with them please and also maybe recommend other equipment i can get in the near future.

You need some sort of rack so you can squat. I guess you can do lunges. Why aren't you lifting at the gym? How are you going to progress lifting the same dumbbells over and over again?

Sounds like your home gym is smaller than your public gym. Keep going to the other gym until you get what Quick suggested. I have mentioned that I'm building a home gym. But I was able to get equip. every 2 weeks. If you can score equip. quickly, you need to get more weight, and some type of rack where you can adjust for squats and bench presses.

i got lots of diff weights so no need to worry, and at the gym theres no barbell.

Tell us how heavy the dumbells are, and how heavy the barbell is.
