got my deadlift up to 325 today

liftin 3 plates feels prettyyy good.

For reps or max and do you use any assistance stuff i.e. belts, gloves, straps?

I use gloves bc my hands get ripped apart but no straps

and i use a belt for deadlifting when im going over 275 for reps


and the 325 was for 1 i did 315 for 3 before that.

Out of no where, I just stopped using gloves or wraps. I got stuck at the gym without them one day and loved it. Especially on pulling exercises. My gym has chaulk if you need it too. I need them when doing presses though.

Good stuff Striker. A few weeks back I hit 315 for about 3 reps and it felt damn good lifting 3 plates. Did you use a mixed grip or double overhand?
