Need Help Putting together A New Workout Schedule

So I want to switch up my routine a bit, but I can't seem to put what I want into a strict schedule that makes sense.

Right now I have four different types of days:

Chest/Back days
Shoulder Days
Leg Days
Cardio Days

How can I arrange these so that I have two Chest/Back days a week and at least one cardio day a week?

I would really love some help with this.

Tuesday-Legs
Weds-Shoulders
Thursday-Chest/Back
Friday-Cardio

or something with more frequent rest...assuming you DL and Squat...

day 1 - chest/back

day 2 - shoulders

day 3 - off/cardio

day 4 - legs

day 5 - off/cardio

day 6 - chest/back

day 7 - total off day

that's what I'd personally...

I wouldn't do shoulders after a chest day. However I would do shoulders before a chest day assuming a person would do it 2 times a week. Your wanting to get the most out of your shoulders and if its right after your fried your delts with a chest routine.....your shoulders havent had enough time to recoop.

Shoulders

Chest/Back
Cardio
Off
Cario

And just rotate through that?
