Hey guys
Am wanting ta stock up for rugby season.
I am 15 y/o and 5'6" and about 127lbs
im pretty fit and fast
I dont have a lot of gear to use so exercises without gear (probably resistance) would be great.
Atm i can use weights every second weekend and thats bout it.
I aint on any diet and eat like a pig
Atm i usually eat
Breakfast:
cereal(some sorta grain or oats with fruit bits in it)
banana
2 peices of toast
2 eggs
glass of milk
glass of orange or apple juice
Some sort of snack (apple etc)
Lunch:
sandwiches
apple
potato chipz
afternoon tea:
sandwich
glass of juice
dinner:
usually some sort of pasta or curry etc
i usually have ice cream or something
and then another banana and to bed
Atm I have rugby training for an hour twice a week and go for a run once a week + p.e for school most days.
I mostly want to build my bicep/tricep and pecs without much use of gear
Any suggestions?
