15 and using whey protien

im 15 and have been doing heavy lifting 3 times a week for about 4 months with improving results. should i be using whey protien at my age?

Get one gram of protein per pound of body weight. If some of that comes from a protein supplement, no problem.

Yes.

BUT, only if everything else you eat is in check. Adding whey protein will not make a difference if the only other things you eat are Oreos and pizza.

Eating healthily at every meal will make a HUGE difference in your physique and performance. Whole protein sources like chicken and lean beef should be your first supplement.
