Rep Power: 1 | Will this workout stunt my growth? BASIC INFO Age : 13.5
Height : 5'5 3/4'
Weight : 120 lbs
I also use 15 lb dumbbells. Workout Routine
"Monday - Back/Biceps/Abs
- Sit ups before I sleep
-Hammer Curls 3 - 4 sets of 8-12
-Regular Curls 3 - 4 sets of 8-12
-DW Rows
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps
- 40 tricep dips
- 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it.
Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders/Cardio
- Wall squats for 5 minutes
- Planks
-30 Seated Shoulder
-20 Lateral Raises
-20 Front raises
-20 min running
Thurs - REST
Friday - Biceps/Abs
- Same thing as Monday without back exercise.
Saturday - Chest/Abs
- 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it.
-100 sit ups
Sunday - REST "
Also, what is better low reps high weight or high reps low weight.

Rep Power: 415 | Re: Will I see results with this workout routine? I think compared to other 13 year olds, you'll blow 'em away. When I was 13, I was sitting on my ass playing XBOX all night while shoveling Mt. Dew and BBQ Chips into my mouth.
It doesn't seem like you have access to a full weight set, so what you're doing is fine, and better than nothing. In a couple of years, you'll want to consider either getting a gym membership or investing in your own equipment though. (Barbell, Bench, Weights, Rack, etc.)
So basically, what you're doing is great and will get you in better shape than if you didn't do anything. One day, you should put together a better routine though, with real weights.
Eat healthy, and your on the right track! |

Someone once told me on there that I had an eating disorder because I was so skinny and used calorie-free pancake syrup instead of the regular full High-Fructose Corn Syrup kind. Thats where I drew the line. haha |
