Well let's just start off with telling you a little about how weak I actually am. I am 16 years old and almost 17 and I can barely bench the bar. I weigh only 155 pounds and I'm 6'1. I hate being this skinn and it's embarresing. I didn't think I was this weak until I started working out with my friends. I have a really weak chest and it's so weak that I cant even flex with it. I've started lifting on my work out machine and I am really confused on how I should do this.
The machine is : NordicTrack grt470
It has different lifts such as
bench, butterfly, curl up, lat pull down, ab cruncher and more.
I dont know where to begin and I want to make the best results in the fastest I can possibly make them. I also need some way to get me more motivated to actually go out there every single day and lift.
Can someone please help me come up with a very good work out routine?
It would help me so much and I'm just tired of being this tall goofy looking guy.
One more thing. I started using a protien shake called Super Advanced Whey Protein. from Body Fortress. Can you also help me find good times to drink the protein shake.
Please help.. I'm desperate.
