Restarted

Restarted bbing today with a new gym which has barbells! lol.

Im puzzled on what routine to do at the moment, my main goal is mass and strength would be a bonus.

I plan on doing chest / triceps today, any ideas on what program i should do?

I planned,

Barbell bench
incline bb bench
tricep extensions

then not sure what others to add, 2-4sets of 5-8reps should be good i think

do what you did before since it seemed to work. Now you know what youre doing

Throw in some flies and definitly dips... What was your old workout like? More importantly was it working for you??

He has tried more work out and diet plans then this whole board put together. At one point he was gaining, and I think since it was working he should continue
