bye Looking for a good Workout Plan

Alright well first off, I don't work out, and never have really. But I'm a little out of shape and really thought I need to start working on the ol' body. So I'm about 178 lbs, 6'1 and 16 years old. I have a weight bench, only about 150 pounds of weights but I'm buying more soon. I also have one of those bikes that stay in place. And I'm wondering what a good plan would be to start working out daily.

I'd like to work on getting more muscular arms, flattening the chest, and my stomach is pretty flat, but I'd really like to make it more narrow.

So like I said, I haven't really ever worked out besides in like gym class, and don't know what to do daily to get the body I'm looking for.

well for a start what are you trying to achieve i mean if you just wanna slim down you wanna be doing more cardio.

To flatten your chest you will want to be doing higher reps with lower sets so about 4 sets of 12 reps should get you on yor way.

as for slimming your stomach you wanna be doing cardio more than anything make use of that bike lol. you can also do all sorts of different stomach routines if your after a six pack so i suggest getting a plan that works for you. generally its about 10 reps 4 sets using your body weight at first should be enough. also remember your stomach has a few different sections so you will need more than 1 exercise. Bear in mind your abs repair quicker than most muscles so dont wait too long in between sets

your arms are easy enough to do if you want add mass and strength do 6-8 reps with 4-5 sets then once you strip the fat away you will be looking very lean

btw 150pounds on your weight bench should be enough for now generally by the time you can lift your own body weight your classed as hench lol
