Alright well first off, I don't work out, and never have really. But I'm a little out of shape and really thought I need to start working on the ol' body. So I'm about 178 lbs, 6'1 and 16 years old. I have a weight bench, only about 150 pounds of weights but I'm buying more soon. I also have one of those bikes that stay in place. And I'm wondering what a good plan would be to start working out daily.
I'd like to work on getting more muscular arms, flattening the chest, and my stomach is pretty flat, but I'd really like to make it more narrow.
So like I said, I haven't really ever worked out besides in like gym class, and don't know what to do daily to get the body I'm looking for.
