Dude im so jealous you can bench 210, I can only bench 4 sets of 150lbs, 6-10 reps.

My lat pull down is 210 basic movement. and 150 advanced movement.

180lb on that back machine that works out your entire upper back including neck muscles.

I guess my back is stronger than yours.

i dont have a back machine, i do my lat bar in a way that it gets my lats and my whole back. What basic and advanced movement? and i actually didnt think my bench was that much

thanks for the ego boost

Re: new weight (comment)

Im very confused why you are doing bicep curls, then hitting your back? You should be hitting your larger muscle groups first.

Umm basic movement is just a straight up and down movement. You're just pulling the weights down to where your chin is.

The advanced movement, If you have a dual Y axis machine not the old lat pull down machine, its basically a more advanced movement.

When you're pulling the thing down, half way before it reaches your neck, you pull it to both sides or make a circle in the middle then reset. That is why its called the Y axis machine.

Because it looks like your making a Y when you do the advanced movement.
