Strength

Well since restarting at the gym i notice im increadibly weak compared to what i used to be, my goal is mass but having no strength seems pointless,

Is there any routines for fast strength but with mass also?

Fast strength gains come from Steroids. D-bol and A-bombs

Yes Andy, go ahead and keep lifting, and strive for an increase in your strength gains every week. Whether it be another rep, or a little heavier weight..... always force yourself to do it. Do separate strength routines from mass routines. Thats for the skinny guys at bb.com to do..... like they are 2 different things. Remember, a stronger muscle will become a larger muscle with proper, large amounts of protein.
