Height 5'2 (Age: 17, Male)
Weight 150
Goals: Big (biceps and chest), wide, muscular body type and abs.
How does my routine look? Should I do a 4 day split instead of a 3?
Day 1 - back/shoulder/biceps
Dumbbell Shrug
EZ-Bar Curl
Barbell Row
Barbell Deadlift
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Day 2 - legs
Barbell Squat
Dumbbell Lunge
Barbell Stiff-Legged Deadlift
Day 3 - chest/triceps
Seated EZ-Bar Triceps Extension
Lying EZ-Bar Triceps Extension
Flat Barbell Bench Press
