Shortness and Bodybuilding

Hey, I'm new to the forums. I am posting because I need help

Height 5'2 (Age: 17, Male)
Weight 150

Goals: Big (biceps and chest), wide, muscular body type and abs.

How does my routine look? Should I do a 4 day split instead of a 3?

Day 1 - back/shoulder/biceps
Dumbbell Shrug
EZ-Bar Curl
Barbell Row
Barbell Deadlift
Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Day 2 - legs
Barbell Squat
Dumbbell Lunge
Barbell Stiff-Legged Deadlift

Day 3 - chest/triceps
Seated EZ-Bar Triceps Extension
Lying EZ-Bar Triceps Extension
Flat Barbell Bench Press

Any suggest help me reach my goals? Thanks

First off put your compound lifts first:

Day 1
Back:
Pullups
Db Row
Cable Row
Biceps:
BB Curl

Day 2
Quads:
BB Squats (Which I would like to see a video of)
Stepups
Hams:
Stiff Legged Deadlift
Back Extensions

Day 3
Chest:
BB Bench
BB or DB Incline Press
Shoulders:
Seated Shoulder Press
Triceps:
Dips

What kind of rep range are you going to use?

Also chest/shoulder/triceps go best together. They compliment each other. Let me know if you have any questions....Keep it simple starting out. Honestly I wouldnt do any arm work and I would focus on a base, but I put it in there for the heck of it.

id split leg day. hams and glutes one day.....quads 3 days later. more rest=more growth
