Am I overtraining my shoulders?

Ok.
Monday is chest/triceps, and I do about 4-5 sets of bench press, the compound movement worksout my shoulders
Tuesday I use the dual axis rowing machine, it works out my shoulders also
Wednesday I workout my shoulders only, about 5 sets of it since this day is abs/shoulders/obliques
Thursday Samething as monday
Friday samething as tuesday.

Am I overtraining my shoulders?

I think your workout is pretty lame. I thought we went over this before. If you bench the correct way your shoulders should come into play very very little. If you think your back day is working shoulders drop that gay row machine and do something else. No offence but I see you getting fat if you continue doing what your doing.

You grow outside of the gym. Heres a quote I love:

Try something like this:

Push
Bench
OH Press
Dips
Pushups

Legs
Squat Variant
Deadlift Variant
Lunges

Pull
Pullups
Close Grip Row
Pulldowns with a different grip than you used for pullups
Wide Grip row

The run some type of periodzation. 3 days a week is plenty.

ok are you only doing 5 sets for your chest and only 5 for shoulders???

lower the weight get your form right then higher the weights, if your form isnt correct your setting yourself up for an injury...

You do work your shoulders a lil with chest but not so much with back (thats if you are doing the exercises correctly)

Why dont you just train 3 times like Malley said... eat right, train hard and watch yourself grow...

If you keep changing your routine every second day your never going to see any results. Pick one and stay with it...

Why the need to train your chest twice & triceps 3 times per week???

If I was going to train something twice it would either be back or legs...

I'd agree with CM take thurs off or do some cardio or if u want to work out move legs to thurs band do bavk fri...
