    need help with a gym schedule please

    Hey guys, sorry im new to the whole world of bodybuilding and these forums, i been doing a lot of reading and trying to gain motivation from you guys who seem to have some great advice, basically i plan to start gymming next week, i am a newbie and i feel like its time to take initiative and start becoming focused about improving my body and what not.....

    anyway my goal is plain and simple: to put on muscles ,

    i am currently , slim, 61 kgs , not to tall either, 5 ft 7

    i really would appreciate if anyone could help me plan a gym workout schedule as i am thinking of going 3 times a week mondays, wednesdays and fridays , i have knowledge of the different work out exercises for each muscle group, so i would love if anyone can help me formulate a routine for which muscles i should work on which particular days... thanks for all the help in advance , cheers guys

    Yea a good push/pull/legs or 3 full body workout would work out nicely for you. Follow the routine in that thread Pfab linked to you. A lot of compound movements so it'll take you a few weeks to get into the swing of things but it's good stuff. Then after that you just need to learn how to eat to grow and you'll be well on your way.
