    Quick form check

    Hey guys, just a quick check to see how my form is ( i could be doing it completely wrong). I doing stronglifts 5x5

    When you come back up you're lifting with your legs then straightening your hips. It's almost like 2 separate movements. It's not all that bad though otherwise. Good work.

    Looks solid, BUT....watch the "snap" at the top. Could stress the lower back. A little more control at the top. BUT I say I am impressed!!!!!

    Yeah i know but i tend to raise the chest too fast if i dont focus on pushing the hips up first. Hopefully i can keep at it and get the two together. Is it going to do any damage for now though?

    Cheers BG, yeah i'll try to watch it at the top. When i'm actually in the gym and get to a decent weight i'll post a better video and try work on what you guys have said.
