    bye Home Exercise Programs

    Hi all, I am wondering what kind of exercises I can do at home to tone my abs and shape my body as I have a busy work schedule and no time to go to the gym. All suggestions are appreciated.

    just in case you aren't aware, but you can't just ton your abs (to the point where people say "nice abs") unless you get rid of the fat on top ... which is diet and cardio.

    Bodyweight exercises.... Squats,lunges,pushups,situps, maybe get a pull up bar could be a good idea!! dont neglect the rest of your body

    Exercising helped me to lose a pile of weight once I joined it along with taking together. I understand they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been showcased on CNN too.

    This is good idea for exercise. Cardio. Swimming. WORKOUT> carrying weights would help>

    Exercise and healthy food are very important to improve health and fitness. There are some best home exercises. Go for running, walking at least 30 to 45 minutes in a day. Practice push ups. bench press, chair squats, cable stretching and band resistance. It make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, reduce joints pain, improve physical performance, improve heart functions and physical performance.
