    Kris Gethin's 12 week program

I just wanted to know, I'm a beginner, haven't even started lifting, just had 2 weeks of cardio.

Should I start this program mentioned here with a healthy diet?

I'm extremely new to this and I don't which exercise gives what end results long term and short term.

    Thank you.

I fixed your link since it's a legit one. The links are disabled since people mostly post spam in their first few posts.

Just keep in mind that his before and after pics are more than likely NOT in the 12 weeks that he did this particular program.

Oh he mentions that, he says the 12 week program gets to on your way, means works all the muscles etc. I think If I were to start anything, better sticking with a plan.

It looks like a good routine alright but as you said your extremely new to this So i'd start you on a full body workout 3 times per week for like 3 or 4 weeks then gradually build you up to a split routine... If you dive right in you may hurt yourself...
