    how to build monster calves

    Like my upper body is great and buff. but my calves are kind of lacking behind, when i was running 3 times a week i was building my calves i noticed they were bigger i was doing like 3 miles each run with hills etc.

    Should i just do sprints or what to build them any weight exercises

    Arnold said it takes 500 hours of training to build big calves. Train the snot out ot them. Sprints as well as raises.

    I like to do calf raises on the stairs. Start with 3 sets of 20 on each side, when it really burns and your calf heats up and is about to fatigue, push out 2 more.

    My calves are the one part of me that don't need to get any bigger, thanks to thousands and thousands of round kicks.
